01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to woc44. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by woc44 ("Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the woc44 Platform. woc44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use woc44's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are a Malaysian citizen or a lawful permanent resident of Malaysia.
• You have not previously been suspended or permanently banned from any woc44 platform.
• You are registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gaming.

Woc44 reserves the right to request document verification at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

03 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at woc44. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances withheld.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Ensuring that all registered personal information is accurate, up to date, and truthful.
• Notifying woc44 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including when the account is accessed by a third party.

WOC44 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

WOC44 supports multiple payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account or payment method registered under the name of your own woc44 account.

General transaction terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Platform's cashier page at any given time.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks.
• Payments to or from third parties are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Woc44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold.
• Withdrawal processing time depends on membership level — VIP members enjoy priority processing.

WOC44 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond WOC44's control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus terms:

• All bonuses have a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value.

06 Game Rules

All games available at woc44 use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified to ensure fairness. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be altered once settled.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, woc44 will attempt to resolve the round based on system records. If a resolution cannot be reached, the associated wager will be returned to the user's account.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game can be found in the respective game information.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are as displayed within each game.
• Woc44 reserves the right to remove any game from the Platform at any time.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the woc44 Platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity.
• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Any activity related to money laundering or illegal financing.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing, or acting abusively toward staff or other players.
• Selling, transferring, or lending your account to another party.

08 Account Closure

You may close your woc44 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending rollover requirements will be voided and any eligible balance will be returned.

Woc44 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification failed or documents remain incomplete after repeated requests.
• Violation of any term within this document.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Upon request by a competent authority.
• Detection of suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, woc44 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the relevant activity while an investigation is conducted.

09 Limitation of Liability

WOC44 provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss. WOC44 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond woc44's control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game suppliers.
• Losses arising from use of the Platform in a manner not in accordance with the stipulated terms.

Woc44's maximum aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the woc44 Platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, games, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of woc44 or its relevant licensors. It is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or republishing any Platform content without woc44's written permission.
• Using the woc44 name, logo, or brand for commercial or personal purposes without authorization.
• Reverse engineering any software or technology used by the Platform.

11 Terms Amendment

Woc44 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the amendment, you may close your account before the effective date.
